Vidya Vikash Academy
Vidya Vikash Academy was founded in 1982 in the scenic Hermitage area of Darjeeling, near Raj Bhawan on the Mall. Surrounded by lush greenery, the school provides a peaceful and healthy learning environment. It began with 150 students and five teachers, offering classes from 3 to 7, and quickly gained a reputation for academic excellence.
In 1985, the school received recognition from the Government of West Bengal and later secured affiliation with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (ICSE). This allowed it to offer a well-structured curriculum, preparing students for future success. Over the years, Vidya Vikash Academy has grown into a distinguished institution known for its high academic standards and commitment to holistic education.
