1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for course fees may be issued under the following conditions:
- Before Course Commencement: Partial refunds may be available upon request.
- After Course Commencement: No refunds will be provided except under extraordinary circumstances.
2. Cancellation Requests
To cancel enrollment, students must submit a formal request via email or through the academy administration office. All cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain payments—including registration fees, processing charges, and administrative costs—are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Policy Modifications
Vidya Vikash Academy reserves the right to update this policy at its discretion. Any changes will be published on this page.
