Requirements:
- M.Com (Master of Commerce)
- B.Ed. qualification
- Prior teaching experience at ISC Level (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Commerce subjects including Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Darjeeling-based candidates will be preferred
